Bring A Backup

One rule that I have learned over the years of gigging around at more then 30 gigs, is bring a backup! You will never regret bringing that extra guitar, or that extra snare drum with you, because if you need it, you will be very happy to have it.

Get Yourself Ready To Go

When you step up onto a stage, before you worry about looking around, and taping your setlist to the floor, or putting picks in your micstand, get all of your cables running, your guitar tuned, and your amp on, and ready.

Sound Checks

Sound checks are really important for how well you can hear yourself in your monitors if you have them. There are many ways that you can accidentally mess up a sound check, so here I’ll tell you ways to make sure you benefit from a sound check.
